Description:
This complete renovation of the 1950s era Sears Building in Santa Fe's Downtown Historic District was referred to as the "hallmark renovation in downtown Santa Fe" by the chairman of the Historic Styles Design Review committee. A structural steel bay was removed from the center of the building to allow for a two story open-air breezeway that connects street level to upper level restaurants.
