Description:
The master plan and preliminary design is comprised of a new 38,634 s.f. Auditorium on two levels, a new 20,716 s.f. Youth Center and converting the existing church of approximately 28,000 s.f. into a Childrens Center.
The new Auditorium will provide a large lobby on the main level and seating for 1500 worshippers between the main and balcony levels. The Youth Center will house classrooms, a coffee shop, and large gathering space. The childrens center will be remodeled to include a lobby, offices, classrooms, nursery, kitchen and fellowship areas.
Finally, all 3 buildings are connected by an enclosed bridge on the second level and covered pathways and courtyard on the lower level helping to improve the overall appearance and security of the facilities.
