Located in the foothills on the east side of Albuquerque, this home was the winner of the "Best Architect-designed Home" from Albuquerque Monthly magazine

The home overlooks the Rio Grande valley over an existing outcropping of boulders and over the city of Albuquerque. This vista forms the "fourth wall" of the second story living and family rooms.

Cantilevered decks extend the living spaces to the outdoors. The overhanging roof and side walls shade the west-facing glass from the afternoon sun and frame the westerly view.
